Siendo parte del tour del Festival Mundial de Poesía que recientemente estuvo en Venezuela, los poetas del área de la bahía Genny Lim y Cliff Ross tuvieron la oportunidad de conocer la transformación que allá tiene lugar. Con todas sus promesas, contradicciones y dificultades, el proceso venezolano esta creando "Una nueva forma de Socialismo para el siglo 21" y se convierte en un reto a la dominación estadounidense sobre las Américas. A reading and reportback from Venezuela, where poetry and culture are helping transform people’s lives

Touring Venezuela with the World Poetry Festival, Bay Area poets Genny Lim and Clif Ross got a glimpse of the transformation unrolling there. With all its promise, contradictions and growing pains the Venezuelan process is evolving “a new form of socialism for the 21st century” and challenging U.S. domination of the Americas.
